Schedule for the Day:

Set-up begins at 7:30 a.m. We greatly appreciate the assistance of any Volunteer support to set-up tents and tables.

There are two sessions of Naturalization Ceremonies.

Morning Session:

Ceremony Begins: 9:00 a.m.

Voter Registration Begins: 10:15 a.m. (approx.)

Lunch Break: 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Afternoon Session:

Ceremony Begins: 1:30 p.m.

Voter Registration Begins: 2:15 a.m. (approximate)

Items to bring along:

Hat (for shade)

Sunblock

Comfortable Shoes

Dress for Comfort (layers in the Spring)

Parking at the Los Angeles Convention Center and surrounding parking lots is $20. We suggest carpooling or taking public transportation, we are off the Pico Station along the Metro Blue and Expo Line.
