Dear Family and Friends,

I trust this note finds you well and safe.

I hope you are all enjoying the Democratic Party 2020 Virtual Convention this week.  I think it’s been great with so many inspiring speeches and amazing visuals.  I loved the children singing on Day 1 and the Roll Call on Day 2 was So Cool!  It was wonderful seeing the delegates in their home environs.

It sure is different then every one I have been privileged to attend, starting in 2004 when I first went to Boston as a John Kerry Delegate.  They are so wildly exciting and so much fun.  But sadly, this year due to the idiot in the White House, who has thumbed his bulbous orange nose at his sworn oath to protect the American people, we can only meet virtually.

As you know, I have worked very hard for all our fabulous candidates and causes over these past many years.  In 2018 we made phone calls and walked precincts for our Congressional Candidates here in California and We Won all 7 seats!  What a great victory that was, especially turning Orange County BLUE.

Now we must defend those seats.  We need to retain our majority in Congress.

It is as important as taking back the Senate and throwing that moron out of the White House.

I am inviting you to attend this special event featuring our hero, Congressman Adam Schiff, who has been a beacon of light and truth fighting this corrupt administration.  This not only promises to be a wonderful event, but you will literally be helping to save our precious democracy, which is on the line.

My friend Rusty Hicks, Chairman of the California Democratic Party has asked me to help in raising the funds we need to make sure the “California 7” are returned to Washington in the new 2021 Congress.
