BCD Monthly Meeting

Agenda will include electing a member from Beach Cities Democrats to be a Co-Chair of the 66th Assembly District Democratic Committee.  We will take nominations from the floor and have a voice vote at the meeting.  We will also be appointing an Associate Member to the LACDP from BCD.  Everyone is invited to get a little more involved by representing us in either of these positions.

We will also be talking about the upcoming Municipal Elections in Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach.  As you know we endorsed Wayne Powell and Hildy Stern for Manhattan Beach City Council and we also endorsed a “Yes” vote on Measure A in Manhattan Beach.  No candidate reached the required 60% vote threshold for endorsement in Redondo Beach.
