ONGOING – “THE LAPTOP ELF PROJECT!”

Our good friend David Lombard is still at it, refurbishing donated, unwanted laptops which he then gives to local children and families in need.  He is presently busy in his workshop readying a large number of recently donated laptops, but the demand exceeds his current supply!  So, if you recently received a gift of (or otherwise acquired) a new computer, consider donating the old one to “The Laptop Elf Project.”  You will be helping those in need with an essential tool for improving their lives.  For more information and how to donate, please click here, and thank you!

29TH ANNUAL BEACH CITIES TOY DRIVE!

The Community is invited to support the 29th Annual Beach Cities Toy Drive held by the cities of Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach.  New, unwrapped toys may be dropped off anytime at Hermosa’s and Manhattan’s Police and Fire Departments.  Or donations may be made at the BeachCitiesToyDriveGoFundMe page (gofund.me/b7e89901).  Toys are distributed to the Salvation Army, the 1736 House and other local charities.  Read more about it by clicking here.
